The Plant Diagnostic Clinic can accept unknown samples for diagnosis from out-of-state clients. Please contact us for our permit number and mailing instructions.

 

Directions to the clinic: In Fort Collins: North on College to Pitkin, left on Pitkin to Mason (immediately across the railroad tracks), right on Mason to University Ave. (stop sign), left on University Ave to the Plant Sciences Bldg (on the left hand side). There is a loading zone that will allow you to park for 20 minutes.
